Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-13 protein with the His-Avi tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 15.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 15 kDa and 35-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-13 protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on streptavidin (5 ug/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-13Ra2 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.6 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
