Molecular Weight :
The recombinant FITC-Labeled Human MSLN/Mesothelin protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 59 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant FITC-Labeled Human MSLN protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 7.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
