This method is a new Ab-directed proteomic strategy for the analysis of membrane proteins and applies to various biological phenomena in situations in which both target molecule-expressing cells and nonexpressing cells are available. Diseases associated with LY6D include Alzheimer’s Disease 16 and Inferior Myocardial Infarction.
